Ingredients
- 1 pint Blackberries
- ½ Pineapple
- ½ Honeydew
- 8 oz John Folse Yogurt (Reg or Low Fat)
Instructions:
Cube melon and pineapple to ¾ pcs . Toss with yogurt and slowly add blackberries (Careful not to smash berries)
St Louis Style Ribs
- 1 rack St Louis Ribs
- 1 bottle BBQ Sauce

Pre Heat Grill on med high heat or pre Heat oven to 350 degrees. On Grill – grill each slide for 15 to 20 mins then lower grill to low wrap ribs in foil and cook additional hour and half. Over place in ovenable pan cover with foil and cook for 2-2 ½ hours.Slice and top with your favorite bbq sauce.
Sautéed Broccoli with Almonds
Ingredients
- 2 crowns Broccoli
- ¼ lb. Butter
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Red Bell Pepper (Optional)
Instructions
Pre heat skillet over med heat. Melt butter and add sugar together cooking for approx 2 mins and then adding almonds and vegetable. Lower heat and cook additional 3 mins stirring occasionally.
Potatoes with Marinated Feta
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Russet Potatoes
- 8 oz John Folse Marinated Feta Goat Cheese
Instructions
Pre Heat oven to 375 degrees . Bake potatoes for approx 1 hour or until knife slides through with no effort. Allow potatoes to set for 5 mins. Once potatoes have set cube potatoes and place in bowl and add marinated feta . Mix together and serve.
