Best Choice Spiral Sliced Ham (Fully Cooked)

Method

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove packaging; reserve liquid. Place ham cut-side down on large sheet of foil in roasting pan, pour reserved liquid over ham and wrap completely with foil. Warm ham in oven for 10 to 12 minutes per pound. Do not overheat.

Steak Roulade

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds bottom round
  • Seasoning Blend  to taste
  • Fresh Asparagus

Method

Pound the steak between 2 sheets of plastic wrap to 1/2″ thickness with a meat mallet or heavy skillet.

Pre Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Turn the steak over, with the short end facing you. Roll Asparagus in the steak, leaving a 1/2″ border on the long sides and 2″ border at the far short end. If worried about unrolling use tooth picks to secure.

Place seam side down in a pan  Cook for approx 10 -20  minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the center registers 145°F for mediumrare/ 160°F for medium/165°F for well-done. Let stand for 10 minutes and remove picks before slicing.
