Turkey Pasta Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta (Rotini)
  • 1 lg Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 ½ Bell Pepper (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Whole Kernel Corn (Frozen)
  • 3 Tbsp Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic (Minced)
  • ½ lb. Butter
  • 1 cup Zucchini (lg dice)
  • 1 lb. Stir Fry Vegetable Blend
  • ½ Jalapeno (chopped fine)
  • 2 Med Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Seasoning Blend or Salt and Pepper
  • 2 lb. Turkey (iced)

Method

Cook Pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

In a large pot, over med heat, Melt butter adding in  onions, bell peppers and corn.   Cook for 5 -7 mins . Add in zucchini, cilantro, stir fry vegetables, jalapenos and turkey. Resume cooking for 5 mins add in seasoning and Stir in pasta and tomatoes heat until pasta is hot.
