Ingredients
- 16oz Frozen Corn
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- 10 oz Philadelphia® brand Cooking Cream (Your Choice of Flavors)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Chives, Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill
- ¼ cup Red Bell Pepper
- To Taste Salt / Pepper
Method
In a medium sauce pan, simmer corn and heavy cream over medium heat until corn is tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cooking cream and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Roasted Apples with Rosemary
Ingredients
- 3 Granny Smith Apples
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- To Taste Salt / Pepper
Method
Core and cut into wedges and then cut in half
Pre Heat oven to 350.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add Apples, rosemary, lemon and seasoning. Cook for 3-5 minutes . Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until apples are tender.
Cherry Pepper Rice Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound Cherry Pepper sausage
- 1 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ lb. Rice
Method
Remove casings from sausage. Cook Rice according to package. Cook sausage in a large nonstick pan over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble sausage and Vegetables. Add cooked rice pan and lower to med heat and cook for additional 5-7 mins.
