Recipe of the Week 5-18-2011

Ingredients
- 2 pound Top Sirloin Steaks
- 2 med Onions Sliced
- 2 bell peppers Sliced in to ¼ in slices
- 3 assorted peppers (Banana/Poblano/Jalapeno) Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- ¼ cup Season Salt or seasoning blend
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
Heat oil in a skillet over medium low heat. Season meat with salt and pepper Brown meat for about 5 minutes; add onions and peppers . Season with salt . Add beef broth to the meat. Cover and simmer over low heat until meat is tender, about 25 minutes. Add tomatoes and green pepper; cook 10 minutes longer. Combine remaining ingredients; stir into the meat mixture. Bring to a boil; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes longer. Add Heavy cream prior to serving warming thoroughly . Serve by itself or over hot cooked noodles or rice.
