We worked with European master bakers and the Freschetta Culinary Council to perfect our recipe. While other frozen crusts are mechanically stamped, our crust is actually kneaded and rolled out - like pizza crust is meant to be. Then, through an ingenious process, the edges are gently folded inward - as if done by a pizza chef's hands. But that's not all. Our dough is made with real yeast - an essential element for creating a light and airy crust that rises in your oven - like the ones that are tossed and baked at your favorite pizzeria.
